1. Phase 1 – Online Engagement
3 month prior to the event an online community will be built up to harvest local challenges and global solutions that will provide focus areas and challenges for the event. The platform will also have crowd-souring abilities to engage global changemakers in aready
ongoing initiatives in Greece.
2. Phase 2 – Event
A three day event will build on the harvested challenges and
solutions from the web-platform and provide frames for participants to improve the solutions and take concrete steps towards implementing the ideas. Ownership and commitment will be sought for at a early stage.
The grounds of Acropolis will act as a spider in the web that
synthesizes and communicates the progress of the micro-events as well as provides the core source of inspiration where conversations, talks and debates will take place.
Athens will be the host of learning journeys where participants will get a deeper insight to the current reality of Greece.
3. Phase 3 – Harveting and implementation
In the third phase the output from the event will be build developed and supported in physical incubator-labs that facilitates the ideas and connects them with institutions, resources and people to implement the ideas.
The aim of the project is to develop:
> 10 national solutions
> 100 regional solutions
> 1000 city solutions
> 10 000 everyday solutions
That will lead to concrete action to stimulate the value-based growth of Greece and inspire the world into a new way of addressing challenges
